Our commitmentJSquared Studios is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disability. We continually work to improve the experience for all visitors and to apply relevant accessibility standards.We recognise our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).2. Conformance statusThe Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disability. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA.Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. Our goal is full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.3. Measures we takeThe measures we have taken to support accessibility include:

providing a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page, so that keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation;

ensuring the site menu can be operated by keyboard and announces its state to assistive technologies;

respecting reduced-motion settings, so that animations and scroll effects are disabled and content is displayed immediately when your device requests it;

using semantic structure, including landmarks, headings and descriptive page titles; and

designing our legal pages to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA colour contrast requirements and to be fully navigable by keyboard.

4. Known limitationsDespite our efforts, some content on our website is not yet fully accessible:

Captions and audio description: not all films on our website include captions or audio description. Transcripts or descriptions are available on request.

Background video: some decorative background videos play automatically and do not provide a pause control. These videos contain no audio or essential information.

Colour contrast: some small supporting text, including parts of the site footer, does not meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA contrast requirements. We are working to address this.

Third-party content: our scheduling tool and some embedded films are provided by third parties, and their accessibility is outside our direct control. Consultations can also be arranged by email.
